We will notify you of any significant changes to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work.

Scheduling and Appointments

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation fees may apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows, particularly if materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled.

For projects in progress, cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everliner Roofing Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for services
• Delays caused by weather, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our control

Insurance and Permits

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. For disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to:

• First attempt mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator
• If mediation fails, pursue binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida
• Waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits
